Larry oversees all aspects of IntriMed’s finance and accounting functions. Prior to his current position as CFO for IntriMed, he was a consultant for JMD Consulting where he assisted small and startup companies with capital funding and strategic alliances. Mr. Ellis also served as Chief Financial Officer of The Med-Design Corporation, a publicly held company engaged in the design, development and sale of medical safety devices.

Mr. Ellis has extensive experience with the SEC and NASDAQ. He is a CPA with six years of public accounting experience with Ernst and Young, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California and Illinois Societies of CPA's.
