IntriMed excels at precision cleaning using our state-of-the-industry cleaning processes and stringent validation testing for both particulate and chemical cleanliness, never losing sight of our products’ ultimate use by patients.

We produce the cleanest components available with processes managed to the highest levels of compliance, using ultra-pure aqueous cleaning lines located in Class 10K clean rooms followed by Class 100 final process environments. Our standards include 18Mohm DI water and ultrapure plumbing along with multiple frequency ultrasonic treatments and a proprietary UltraClean™ process for optimized component handling.

Dedicated Cleanliness Testing Labs

IntriMed has built dedicated testing labs, staffed with chemical engineers and full time lab assistants, to validate quality and compliance. Tests include:

  • Liquid Particle Count (LPC)
  • Ion Chromatography (IC)
  • Liquid Particle Analysis (LPA)
  • Passivation Testing
